Full disclosure, before anyone tries to call me on it, I haven't listened to this recording because it is not yet released. However, I have listened to the performances on this recording. I was at the Louisville waterfront concert in August 08 which comprises the bulk of this live recording. It was unequivocally the greatest concert, and musical experience, of my life thus far. They played for over three hours and absolutely connected with the audience. It was an experience I shall not forget. While a CD cannot capture that level of enjoyment I suggest purchasing one from your local independent music store, as MMJ have suggested. This shall provide a little grass roots economic stimulus as well as some fresh rock for your auditory arousal. Most importantly I suggest you see them live sometime in 2009, in a town near you!
